CRM Manager

We’re looking for someone to bring CRM to the heart of our marketing strategy. You will be an experienced CRM professional with over 5 years experience in a global brand or agency. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about CRM and has proven experience in using CRM to improve the customer experience and drive revenue for a brand. Experience in integrating a CDP and CRM system will be a real plus.

The position will report to the VP Marketing
Responsibilities and Duties
- Devise the CRM strategy for Norse
- Scope and implement the CDP and CRM systems
- Project manage the selection and onboading of new systems
- Analyse and improve customer journeys in order to improve customer experience and hit business goals
Skills and Experience
- Must have a minimum of 5 years CRM experience
- In depth knowledge of CDP’s and CRM systems
- Implementation of a CDP and CRM system would be a huge bonus
