We are looking for Storekeeper, Tool Coordinator, Supervisor and Hangar & Equipment Storekeeper.
Stores is part of our Norse 145 homebased setup at OSL airport, managing all parts and tools for Norse Technical operations including maintenance activities for external customers. Norse Stores at OSL is also responsible for all activities at outstations related to Norse owned parts and Tools. We are looking for candidates for both permanent and temporary positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Stores in NAANO Part-145 manages the receipt, storage and delivery of materials, tools and consumable/commercial items required for maintenance.
Stores activities include:
- Goods receiving and inspect parts arriving at OSL
- Support receiving and stores activities at outstations
- Providing suitable storage for materials, tooling, and consumable/commercial items
- Manage shipping and packing of goods in\out of OSL and support other stations.
- Manage tool control and follow up process for calibration, repairs etc at our Toolstore and tooling at other stations.
- Actioning non-conformances identified during audit in a timely and robust manner.
- Ensuring that all parts received are inspected, tagged and stored iaw Part-145 proc.
- Stock control like cycle count and internal inspections.
- Manage projects and setup of new stations.
- Manage SDS in EcoOnline Chemical Manager.
- Follow up equipment, hangar and vehicles.
Required qualifications to be successful in one of these roles
- Experience from receiving inspection, managing and shipping of aircraft parts and tools
- Good AMOS experience
- Good knowledge about tool control and calibration.
- Airline and Aviation experience
- Possibility to work outside normal working hours if needed and some travelling.
