Norse Atlantic Airways is an airline that offers affordable fares on long-haul flights, primarily between Europe and the United States. The company was founded by CEO and major shareholder Bjørn Tore Larsen in March 2021. Norse has a fleet of 15 modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787 Dreamliners that serve destinations including New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Miami, Cape Town, Bangkok, Oslo, Athens, London, Berlin, Rome and Paris. The company's first flight took off from Oslo to New York on June 14, 2022.
Norse's Charter/ACMI division is a rapidly growing part of the company and plays a pivotal role in driving Norse's profitability. We are seeking a person with Charter/ACMI operational background who works well with others. If you want to work hard (and have fun while doing so), we may be the company for you.

Responsibilities and duties
- Develop Charter/ACMI opportunities
- Review and offer Charter/ACMI requests
- Keep track of incoming offers through Hub Spot
- Identify and proactively build relations with potential Charter/ACMI clients
- Stay in close relationship with current clients
- Plan and Execute confirmed Charter/ACMI flights
- Involve and inform all stakeholders, internal and external, of planned and confirmed Charter/ACMI flights
- Ensuring financial viability for all Charter/ACMI flights
- Assist Director Charter/ACMI in the daily operation
Required qualifications and certifications
- Airline operational experience, preferable within Charter/ACMI segment
- Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred, but not a requirement
- Fluent in English
- Good communications skills
- Good understanding of how charters are prepared and undertaken
- Good understanding of flight profitability and financial modeling
- Team spirit and good humor
Required experience
- Preferable aviation experience
- Experience working close with customers
- Contract negotiations
