We’re kick-starting the development of our brand-new mobile app—a core part of our digital transformation. As a founding team member, you’ll have the unique opportunity to take our app from zero to one. You’ll shape its architecture, define best practices, and drive innovation while collaborating with a world-class team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Flutter App Development
- Build a high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly mobile app using Flutter.
- Develop and optimize cross-platform solutions for iOS and Android.
- Ensure a seamless and responsive user experience by leveraging Flutter’s best practices.
Architecture and Design
- Take ownership of the app’s end-to-end development, from architecture to deployment.
- Work closely with the backend team to design robust APIs and integrations.
- Ensure maintainability and scalability by following clean architecture principles.
Cross-Technology Collaboration
- Work with our existing .NET and Angular ecosystem to ensure smooth integration.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to create a best-in-class product.
- Lead Agile development processes, participating in sprint planning and reviews.
User Experience and Performance Optimization
- Partner with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Conduct user testing, experimentation and iterate based on feedback.
- Optimize app performance, including load times, responsiveness, and stability.
Code Review, Mentorship & Innovation
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing and implementing new ideas.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
- Solid knowledge of .NET and Angular for seamless backend and web integrations is desirable.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices and performance optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a startup mindset.
