Norse Atlantic is looking for Coordinator(s) who will be responsible for supporting day to day administrate and various operational tasks for the departments; Ground and Inflight Operations.

Responsibilities and duties:

Logistics

Coordination of Ground & Inflight logistics for airport materials, cabin presentation provisions, cleaning consumables and inflight catering service equipment herunder:

• Control station inventories for cabin presentation provisions, cleaning consumables and inflight catering service equipment, including stock management, reordering and maintenance;
• Coordination and implementation of cabin cleaning services in accordance with company specifications and schedules;
• Arrange Turnaround cleaning, Aircraft deep cleaning intervals including fumigation and disinsection;
• Arrange cabin presentation provisions, cleaning consumables and inflight catering service requirements for ACMI and Charter operations;
• Reporting and maintenance of retail devices for onboard sales.

Documentation:

• Supporting the design, revision and issuance of Standard Operating Procedures, departmental notices and other documentation.

Requirements:

Required qualifications and certifications

• Were looking for someone with a passion for airport operations, specifically in Ground and Inflight services;
• You should poses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask in a organized and calm manner.

Required experience

• Airport operations experience is essential, preferably within ground operations and/or inflight services;
• Proficient Microsoft office tool skills (excel, word);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
