We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Flight Operations Administrator to join Team Norse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical administrative tasks within the Flight Operations department, ensuring safety, compliance, and the smooth operation of flight operations.
This position involves close collaboration with the Safety and Compliance departments and requires a proactive individual capable of managing regulatory changes and maintaining operational standards. The role is essential to supporting both scheduled and charter operations.

Responsibilities and duties
- Monitor and highlight regulatory changes affecting the Flight Ops Department;
- Responsible for flight operations internal safety and compliance management;
- Management of Flight Operations library;
- Management of Risk register within flight operations;
- Flight Ops Risk Assessments;
- Departmental Checklists;
- Responsible for preparing and editing Flight Ops Manual suite;
- Crew Notices and other documentation;
- Additional duties & responsibilities as instructed by the NPFO.
Required qualifications and certifications
- Relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within aviation;
- Experience in risk and safety management is an advantage;
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and the Flight Operations Manual.
Required experience
- Background in aviation;
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of Safety Management Systems;
- Prior experience in flight operations or an administrative role in aviation is highly preferred;
- Strong background in risk management, safety, and regulatory compliance;
- Prior experience with operational manuals, risk assessments, or regulatory documentation is a plus.
