We are looking for a sharp, smart, and curious individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst, someone who loves diving into numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to challenge how things are done. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues and gain firsthand insight into how financial analysis drives the performance of a global airline.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business planning and decision making;
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process and variance analysis and reporting;
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings;
• Identify risks and opportunities, making recommendations for continual progress and improvement;
• Business partnering with other functional teams and external parties;
• Identify, monitor, and provide analysis on KPIs, to support increased efficiency;
• Ad-hoc financial and cost analysis. Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and certifications

• 2 years in a position such as Business Control, Cost Controller or Financial Analyst;
• Education in finance: Finance/Engineering/Business Administration/Economics, or similar field;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Advanced experience in MS Excel;
• Experience in Power BI is preferred;
• Crewing within the Airline / Aviation industry experience will have an advantage.
