We are looking for a sharp, smart, and curious individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst, someone who loves diving into numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to challenge how things are done. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues and gain firsthand insight into how financial analysis drives the performance of a global airline.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business planning and decision making;
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process and variance analysis and reporting;
- Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings;
- Identify risks and opportunities, making recommendations for continual progress and improvement;
- Business partnering with other functional teams and external parties;
- Identify, monitor, and provide analysis on KPIs, to support increased efficiency;
- Ad-hoc financial and cost analysis. Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and certifications
- 2 years in a position such as Business Control, Cost Controller or Financial Analyst;
- Education in finance: Finance/Engineering/Business Administration/Economics, or similar field;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Advanced experience in MS Excel;
- Experience in Power BI is preferred;
- Crewing within the Airline / Aviation industry experience will have an advantage.
