Responsibilities and Duties
- In co-operation with the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor ensures that all Cabin Crew Instructors maintain a high level of competence and knowledge in their field of instruction.
- Assist the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor with oversight of all NO AOC training.
- Assist the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor with departmental compliance checks and assess all cabin crew training syllabi, procedures, and training aids to ensure conformity.
- Deputies as required for the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor.
- Support the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor in development and coaching of new Ground Instructors.
- Support the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor in development of new training material
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Qualifications and certifications
- Cabin Crew Instructor
- Dangerous Goods Instructor
- CRM Instructor with 3 years experience able to refresh other Instructors' CRM qualifications.
Required experience
- Cabin Crew SCCM
- Over 3 years of Cabin Crew Training.
