Don't want to relocate to another city? You don't have to!
Norse will assign your home base (in Europe) and it will change every few months based operational need. Of course, we will provide you with an allowance so you can commute to/from your assignments.
Basic salary paid from day 1 of training plus a one-off accommodation allowance

What We Require From You:
- Unrestricted right to live/work in the EU and travel to all countries in our route network
- EASA Part FCL License
- EASA Class 1 medical certificate expiring after 2025.
- Advanced English Language Proficiency – ICAO Level 5
- Ability to obtain C/1D crew visa (United States) prior to starting training
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all other regulatory requirements
- Meet the requirements for ZFTT as specified in FCL.730.A (min 500 hours or 100 sectors on CS-25/Multi Pilot Aircraft with more than 10 tons/19 pax)
- Must have passed the ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge examinations in accordance with FCL.515**
- Hold a minimum of CPL(A) with a multi-engine instrument rating; Expiry date of ME/IR cannot exceed 12 months from the date of commencement of the course. ME/IR must be valid on the date of assessment**
**Those holding a CPL(A) with frozen ATPL may still apply
Only qualified candidates will be considered. We will not be able to process your application if you do not meet the minimum requirements above.
Assessment and Selection
This is completed in two phases:
- Phase 1 consists of an online interview with the Norse Selection Panel.
- Phase 2 is a comprehensive psychological assessment, which is part of the overall assessment/interview.
Only candidates who successfully complete and meet the minimum standards during Phase 1 will progress forward to Phase 2.
