Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about both customer care and protecting business revenue? As a Revenue Protection Specialist, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding our financial processes while ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll support passengers with claims, refunds, and disputes while helping Norse maintain fair, transparent, and accurate financial operations.
This full-time, office-based position is a temporary contract for 6 months, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the fast-moving aviation industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Experience & Support:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries;
- Provide timely, clear, and empathetic responses to ensure excellent customer care.
Revenue Protection & Financial Handling:
- Process customer claims related to compensation, reimbursements, and legal escalations;
- Investigate and manage refunds, tax refunds, chargebacks, and disputes;
- Monitor and resolve double bookings, ensuring timely clearance of backlogs.
- Perform booking balance checks and verify payments for APG bookings;
- Support external legal partners by preparing case materials, incident descriptions, and evidence for claims and legal proceedings.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights to improve services;
- Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, product, technical support) to improve customer satisfaction and prevent revenue leakage;
- Track trends, identify recurring issues, and propose improvements.
What we're looking for:
- Legal education (completed or in progress) is considered a strong advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written English, required as it is the primary language used for communication within the international teams and with global partners and vendors;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Highly proactive, organized, and efficient with a strong sense of ownership;
- Comfortable taking fact-based positions while remaining a collaborative team player;
- Energetic, professional, and customer-focused with the ability to manage sensitive or complex cases.
