Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administration and second-line support for AMOS and ELB systems
Drive digitalization initiatives to enable paperless maintenance processes
Participate in system development and manage integrations
Maintain communication and collaboration with suppliers
Lead projects related to system improvements and digitalization
Handle shift planning administration and monthly salary reporting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure system continuity and efficiency
Provide on-the-job training, explain work tools, systems, and procedures as needed
Participate in process documentation, updates, or improvement initiatives based on experience
Collaborate with the teams and leadership to ensure knowledge continuity and high-quality service delivery
Maintain and administrate device handling process - Monitor all integrations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
3–5 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in Technical Operations (Tech OPS);
Higher education in IT, engineering, or a related technical field;
Skills in AMOS system administration (preferred),
Knowledge of Electronic
Logbook (ELB) considered an advantage;
Interest and ability in IT systems administration and digitalization solutions;
Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, XML;
Ability to analyze data and ensure accurate system information.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Project manager skills is preferred.
Device management system skills.
