Responsibilities and Duties
Develop Charter & ACMI opportunities for Norse Atlantic Airways
Design process for quickly and accurately reviewing charters and ACMI opportunities, ensuring financial viability and operational integrity of all charter and ACMI opportunities
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Calculate and offer for Charter and ACMI flights
Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders (Operations, Crew, Technical, Finance).
Reconciliation of Charter and ACMI flights
Move quickly to identify and resolve potential issues with Charters and ACMI flying
Represent Norse at industry events
Identify and proactively build relations with potential Charter/ACMI clients and pursue viable leads
When needed, assist other members of group (Cargo & Airport Relations) with various projects
Build and own budget for Charters/ACMI division
Work with other departments at Norse when setting up and operating charters
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience with setting up Charters and ACMI programs
Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred, but this is not a requirement
Fluent in English
Good understanding of how Charters are prepared and undertaken
Good understanding of flight profitability and financial modeling
Required experience
Experience with Charters/ACMI at other scheduled or Charter airlines
Airline operational experience that can be applied to Norse’s Charter & ACMI program
