As Network Planning Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our flight network - from near-term schedule adjustments to the development of future seasonal schedules. You will play a key role in planning and maintaining our flight network, ensuring efficient aircraft utilisation and supporting the smooth delivery of our operations. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, and Maintenance teams, you will contribute to the development and optimisation of seasonal schedules while responding to the dynamic needs of airline operations.
This is a full-time office based, permanent position in Riga.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and maintenance of seasonal flight schedules and network operations;
Coordinate aircraft allocation in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance teams;
Evaluate the operational feasibility of charter and ad hoc flight requests;
Maintain and optimise flight schedules to ensure efficient use of operational resources;
Support airport slot coordination and fleet planning, including ACMI and charter operations;
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure operational readiness.
What we're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an airline operational or commercial role;
Education in Logistics, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field;
Strong digital literacy and MS Office skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools;
Excellent English, spoken and written.
