- Drive cost-saving initiatives while balancing quality and supplier performance.
- Identify new suppliers and market opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Ensure contracts are commercially sound, well-defined, and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with operational teams to monitor supplier performance and conduct contract reviews.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders to make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Manage procurement activities across Catering, Ground Operations, Fuel, and Flight Operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5 years of procurement experience, with a focus on IT and service-based contracts.
- Background in procurement, contract drafting, and commercial strategy.
- Strong understanding of supplier sourcing, contract performance, and SLA management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and numerical reasoning abilities.
- Experience in aviation procurement is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome candidates with a strong commercial mindset and fresh perspectives.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Why Join Norse?
- Work in a fast-growing international airline with a diverse and inclusive culture (colleagues from over 40 countries!).
