Are you experienced in aviation training systems and driven to elevate how airlines manage, deliver, and track learning?
We are looking for a TPMS Manager to oversee, maintain, and continuously enhance our training platforms and processes. In this role, you will manage our learning and training management systems, support instructors, ensure the accuracy of training documentation, and lead system integrations that improve efficiency across Norse’s technical and operational teams. If you enjoy working with complex systems, collaborating across departments, and ensuring training programs run smoothly and compliantly, this role is an excellent fit.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Riga, Latvia, with a temporary contract until 30th of September 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee and manage training systems, specifically the Learning Management System (CPaT) and Training Management System (Prodefis) platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and availability for training operations;
Lead system integration efforts between learning management system, training management system and crew scheduling system to enable seamless data flow and functionality across platforms;
Develop and maintain session templates within training systems to standardize and optimize training delivery and tracking;
Manage training documentation, including creation, updating, and version control of templates and manuals to ensure consistency, compliance, and accessibility;
Design, develop, and update training courses aligned with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and learner needs;
Training forms checking for compliance;
Supporting instructors with Training Management System;
Plan and oversee the development and future implementation of Evidence-Based Training (EBT) modules, preparing the system and stakeholders for successful adoption;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as instructional designers, IT, and operations to ensure training systems support organizational goals effectively;
Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and implement continuous improvements across all training platforms.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in aviation, specifically in crew training;
Hands-on experience working with TPMS systems;
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong accuracy in documentation;
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in spoken and written English, required as it is the primary language used for communication within the international teams.
