Responsibilities and Duties
Data-Driven Product Insights: Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and experimentation outcomes to uncover actionable insights that drive better product decisions.
Experimentation Analysis: Design, execute, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B testing), providing clear explanations of why experiments succeed or fail. Use insights to refine hypotheses and improve future experiments.
Visualization and Communication: Translate complex data into clear, visualized insights for product managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
Customer Experience Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve experiences and drive growth.
Support Product Teams: Act as a trusted advisor to product managers, helping them define better hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and make decisions informed by data.
Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analysis, or a related role.
Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and hypothesis development.
Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with web technologies and web analytics with a good understanding of how web-based tracking data is generated and how to interpret it.
Solid statistical foundation and ability to apply it to business problems.
Exceptional communication skills to explain complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, with an understanding of product development and customer experience design.
Proactive problem-solving attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Nice-to-have: Airline or ecommerce experience
