Responsibilities and Duties
Acquisition Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for Norse’s customer acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining customers through innovative product improvements and technology solutions. Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure alignment while driving measurable results.
Support CRM with Technology: Partner with CRM teams to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance customer relationship management activities, improve campaign personalization, and optimize customer engagement.
Optimize Digital Channels: Drive enhancements to Norse’s presence on OTAs, Metas, and other digital platforms, ensuring seamless integrations, improved visibility, and better functionality to support acquisition efforts.
Data-Driven Product Decisions: Analyze acquisition data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights that inform product decisions and improve acquisition strategies.
Customer Experience Optimization: Ensure acquisition channels and related product features deliver a smooth, engaging, and compelling user experience that drives conversions and repeat customers, particularly on flynorse.com.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful product improvements that enhance customer acquisition efforts.
Agile Management: Act as the Product Manager in Agile Scrum ceremonies, managing the backlog, defining priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of features that support acquisition and CRM goals.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, Metas, OTAs, or marketing.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, including digital marketing, Metas, OTAs, SEO, and social media platforms.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in defining and tracking metrics to guide decisions.
Technically inclined with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Passionate about creating great customer experiences and driving business growth.
