We are looking for a Material Officer to join our Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will manage repair and warranty activities that will help ensure our Boeing 787 fleet remains serviceable and supported, minimizing delays and avoiding potential flight cancellations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, values accuracy, and takes responsibility for driving cases forward.

Responsibilities and duties:
Review and manage efficient repairs under warranty, maintenance agreements or time and material repair orders;
Review repair quotations for exchanged items, non-warranty, rejected warranty orders and over and above contractual orders;
Manage repair activities (TAT, quotations, supplier engagement, make or buy, vendor selection);
Review inputs maintenance checks packages and identify claimable repairs and submit warranty claim against vendors, where appropriate;
Keep up-to-date database by recording correspondences, evaluation, rejections and compiling warranty adjudications, shop findings, quotes, invoices of repair and credit notes and cost savings related to claims for effective control;
Collect and analyze data by coordinating with maintenance, planning, fleet management and supply chain in a timely manner to deliver claims to related department internal and external along with correct supporting documents.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have knowledge of industry suppliers;
Have excellent working knowledge of EASA/CAA, FAA and material procedures;
Can work well on your own initiative with strong organizational and time management skills;
Have excellent negotiation skills;
Have strong analytical skills and can interpret data;
Are fluent in spoken and written English for communication with colleagues and cooperation partners outside of Latvia.
Required experience:
Minimum 3+ years' experience in airline supply chain;
Experience with PBH and parts contracts;
Purchase and repair experience;
AMOS (preferably) or equivalent system management experience.
